I didn't want to have two days in a row of flower photos. So I am cheating and adding two photos today.
Only in NYC could you find people ice skating outside in April. Oh, did I mention it was 75 degrees and sunny? There was visible water pooling on the surface of the ice.
I miss flowering trees. Ours have had buds for a while, but I am ready for them to flower now. Please?
New York has colors. That is probably the thing I dislike most about Milwaukee winters - the lack of color for so many months. But NYC is green and blue and pink and yellow and purple. Spectacular, really. It makes coming back to the land of grey extra difficult.
This is Patience. Upon doing some research, I discovered she was almost a beaver. I feel like lions were a much better choice.
I spent most of a day wandering around NYC and didn't take any pictures!! So I had to take this really lame one at the end of the day. We went to Little Italy and ate overpriced mediocre italian. But I always enjoy spaghetti.
